ReplyDeleteThe best way to get magnesium into your body is by putting it directly on your skin via magnesium oil or lotion and of course by eating more magnesium rich foods-bean, nuts, spinach, avocado, broccoli, sweet potatoes, basil, dill, flaxseeds, lentils, kelp, and etc!
