Those three words could have helped me tremendously when I was in the deepest part of my eating disorder. Most of my friends stopped talking to me and my relatives never knew what to say. <b>When people get cancer, someone passes away, or has some type of medical issue we are quick to drop off food, send prayers and thoughts to let them know we are thinking about them, but metal health issues are hushed. </b> I don't recall anyone sending cards, casseroles, or offering help and support to me and my family when they knew I was struggling. It's typically the same with suicides, anxiety, and depression. </div>

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Slice top off of garlic head. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and wrap in foil. Roast until soft and caramelized, about 35 minutes.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Place cauliflower and celery root in pot, cover with water, and add large pinch of salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 - 20 minutes.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Drain vegetables and add to food processor with a few cloves of roasted garlic, ghee, salt and pepper. Pulse until combined. Add more garlic to taste. Process to desired consistency.</span><br />

And I am typing this as I sit at the Cincinnati Airport since my flight has been delayed....</span><br />
