Raw Walnut Tacos
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 c. raw walnuts, ground in food processor
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
• 2 tsp. coconut liquid aminos
• pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor and pulse into a coarse mixture. Place in green leaf or romaine lettuce.
