Work it Out

It's crunch week! Christmas will be here soon! How have you been keeping up with your workouts? It's easy this time of year to slack off with all the holiday shopping, cooking, baking, cleaning, party-going, traveling and etc.  If you are short on time, you can always exercise at home! (or in your hotel room!) Try these quick 20-30 minute workouts you can do anywhere! Basement, living room floor, you just need a little open space! (And a set of dumbbells if you have them)

Water- Avoid the Tap

Most of the people that walk into my office are dehydrated and only drink a few cups of water a day. Our bodies are made up of almost 75% water and many bodily functions are dependent upon water! This is a short clip about water and what type you should be drinking!

Distorted Perception of Beauty

I came across this Dove Evolution video on YouTube and had to share it! I guess I didn't realize how much ads are photo shopped!! Take a look for yourself! It's no wonder young girls are striving so much for this impossible image!

Plastic surgery, liposuction, and breast implants are very common these days. According to the National Eating Disorder Association, approximately seven million women and one million men are suffering from an eating disorder in the United States.
And millions of women are not satisfied with their outward appearance.

It's time to celebrate our uniqueness! We are all perfect in God's eyes! Pretty is on the outside, beautiful is on the inside! :-)
