Recipe for One of my Favorite Snacks!
Jackie's Healthy Trail MixIngredients:
1 cup raw organic walnuts
1 cup raw organic almonds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup raw pecans
1/2 cup dried unsweetened organic cherries
1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
dash of sea salt
Put all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until nuts are soft and pumpkin seeds are brownish and toasted. Great snack to take to work or school! You can even add dark chocolate chips to mix when cool!! Enjoy! :)
