Children are bombarded with TV and internet ads for sugary and snack foods that correlate with ADD, ADHD, allergies and common illnesses. We will break it down to a few simple steps you can easily each your kids about foods that make their bodies feel their best, foods that are sometimes okay and foods to avoid: Green, yellow, and red light foods!
