There are very few women who truly feel comfortable in their skin. The thoughts and feelings we have about ourselves and appearances can often make or break us IF we allow it. This group will meet regularly to discuss and share openly our experiences and trials with each of our own body images. We
will also be scheduling fun activities/events/seminars to support
self-love and growth. Think wellness classes, cooking, nutrition, art,
self exploration, coffee shops, yoga, fitness, movement, music, movies,
jewelry, nature walks, makeup lessons, meditations, and more!
Anything to do with self love and personal growth!! My intention is to
help others discover the root cause for each of the set backs we
experience in order to heal and free ourselves of these limitations. A group that encourages acceptance, being 100% genuine and nothing but your true self!
If you live in the Minneapolis please come and join us! Here is link to our Meet Up group where I will be posting all the events and activities:

Last week I discovered a gem in my neighborhood! Green Bee Juicery! I purchased my own juicer and have been juicing for a year and a half now and it's safe to say I'm an addict! I joined Green Bee Juicery's monthly juice box membership and will be picking up 4 jars of juice each week! They are even accommodating my food allergies. I also love that they are local and the juice is incredibly fresh! Perfect for an on-the-go person like myself who does not have a lot of time to juice every day.
Three Reasons Why Juicing Is a Phenomenal Health Habit
*Juicing helps you absorb all the nutrients from the vegetables.
This is important because most of us have impaired digestion as a
result of making less-than-optimal food choices over many years. This
limits your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients from the
vegetables. Juicing will help to "pre-digest" them for you, so you will
receive most of the nutrition, rather than having it go down the toilet.
*Juicing allows you to consume a healthier amount of vegetables in an efficient manner.
Virtually every health authority recommends that we get six to eight
servings of vegetables and fruits per day and very few of us actually
get that. Juicing is an easy way to virtually guarantee that you will
reach your daily target for vegetables.
*You can add a wider variety of vegetables in your diet. Many
people eat the same vegetable salads or side dishes every day. This
violates the principle of regular food rotation and increases your
chance of developing an allergy to a certain food.
Plus, it limits the number of different phyto-chemicals in your diet, as
each vegetable will offer unique benefits. With juicing, you can juice a
wide variety of vegetables that you may not normally enjoy eating
whole.
Additionally, juicing can help:
- Promote weight loss. In one study, adults
who drank at least eight ounces of vegetable juice as part of a diet
lost four pounds over 12 weeks, while those who followed the same diet
but did not drink the juice lost only one pound. The vegetable juice
drinkers also significantly increased their intake of vitamin C and
potassium, while decreasing their overall carbohydrate intake.
- Boost your immune system by supercharging it with
concentrated phyto-chemicals. Raw juice also contains bio-photonic light
energy, which can help revitalize your body.
- Increase your energy. When your body has an
abundance of the nutrients it needs, and your pH is optimally balanced,
you feel energized. Since it can be utilized by your body immediately,
those who juice report feeling the "kick" of energy almost instantly.
- Support your brain health. People who drank juices
(fruit and vegetable) more than three times per week, compared to less
than once a week, were 76 percent less likely to develop Alzheimer's
disease, according to the Kame Project.
I offer juicing consultations if you would like to learn more! I can come into your home and show you the ropes and even teach you how to use your own juicer if you have one! Please CONTACT ME for more information or to schedule.

I'm feeling relaxed and joyous tonight. I've had more free time to be a human "being" and not a human "doing." Taking one day at a time and truly living in the moment is so freeing! I'm focusing more on myself and my visions and listening to my angels who are leading me towards my soul's purpose. Sometimes all we need to do is take some time off, unwind, let go of our expectations of ourselves, and listen. We get so caught up in our "to-do" lists and routines that we forget what we are put here on Earth for. The time is now. Breathe. Be.

Brown rice syrup (also known as rice malt syrup) is a sweetener that is mistakenly assumed to be healthy.
This sweetener is made by exposing cooked rice to enzymes that break down the starch into simple sugars. Brown rice syrup contains no refined fructose, just glucose.
The absence of refined fructose is good… but rice syrup has a
glycemic index of 98, which means that the glucose in it will spike
blood sugar extremely fast.
Rice syrup is also highly refined and contains almost no essential nutrients. In other words, it is “empty” calories.
Some concerns have been raised about arsenic contamination in this
syrup, another reason to be extra careful with this sweetener.
There are other better sweeteners out there… including low-calorie sweeteners like stevia, and xylitol, which actually have some health benefits.
Foods that may contain brown rice syrup: Crackers, cookies, granola bars, protein bars, nut bars, desserts, breads, muffins, candy, granola, etc.
Be sure to check your labels!!
