DIY Massage Oil

8:52 PM Jackie Mart 2 Comments

I made my own body/massage oil this past weekend with just a few simple ingredients! Mix together jojoba oil, a few drops of vitamin E oil, and 30-60 drops of any essential oil or mixture of oils of your choosing. Pour into a dark glass bottle. I had everything at home except the blue glass bottle which I purchased at the local food coop for $1.99. Great for moisturizing the skin straight out of the shower or use when massaging!

  1. Your DIY-ed massage oil contains amazing ingredients that will truly help nourish our skin. For one, its main ingredient jojoba oil, which is known for its cleaning and moisturizing component, and could help keep wrinkles at the bay. Thanks for sharing that affordable and easy to make massage oil, Jackie! Stay healthy!
