Grace

"Forgive yourself for not being superwoman. You can always find ways to help, serve, or contribute. They may not be the most valiant or noteworthy, but they're still helpful.  Give yourself grace to do what you can, where you are, with what you have.  God created billions of other amazing people with gifts and callings; you don't have to carry the entire weight of the world on your own."

Holiday Body Love

Please know that on any given day your body can retain four to seven pounds of water weight. We are beings in constant state of change. You will have days which you look awesome and super ripped in the mirror and days you will look and feel bloated.  Other days you will look normal.  If you are a woman add hormonal fluctuations into the mix and be prepared to have your weight fluctuate as well.  Do NOT let what you think you see in the mirror bully your mind or compromise your mood during the day.  Your weight or your complexion does not determine your worth in this world!

The Power of Forgiveness

"Forgiveness allows us to be fully present in this moment, right here, right now. Forgiveness enables us to wholeheartedly embrace what is and to be at peace with our past and fully engaged with the present. Making peace with our past is the most immediate way we can experience the abundance that is our birthright. Without forgiveness there is always something pulling us out of alignment with ourselves and with life; it is an energy drain in our system.
Until we have made perfect peace with all that has occurred in our life, and with all the people who have played a part in it, we deny ourselves the full richness of our true abundance. Forgiveness is a gift we give to ourselves. It frees up the energy we had invested in making another, or ourselves, wrong. Ultimately, forgiveness is letting go of the illusion that something actually ever went wrong." - TJ Woodward

Your Story-We all Have One

We all have stories. Some of the most successful people in the world have gone through hell and back but they haven't let their misfortunes crush them! That's the difference! I'm honest with my clients and the people around me because I want them to know we have similar struggles. I'm not a super human. Don't judge people or be jealous. Many times you have no idea what their past has been like! We all are capable of greatness. Created to serve others and have a unique purpose in life. Don't forget your smile at home today. People made need yours to ignite their life!

Trust is a Strong Word

Trust- "assured reliance, truth, dependence."

What does trust mean to you?

Trust comes in many forms-

I trust that my paycheck will go into my bank account every 2 weeks.
I trust alarm will go off in the morning.
I trust that my credit card information will not be sent out across the world for anyone to see when I purchase items online.
I trust that my family loves me and will be there to support me even when times are bad.
I trust my car will start when I want to leave.
I trust I will make the right decisions concerning my future and where I am in life right now.

Trust is something I have had difficulty with for years. I've had alot of let downs from friends ditching me, employers not keeping their word about job opportunites, and definitely a lack of trust in my previous marriage. It is something that is easy to lose but takes threefold the effort to gain back once lost. Some people lie, cheat, and steal and I honestly wonder if most people feel guilty about it? It is hard to forgive and forget but sometimes that is what we must do. I am working on taking a leap of faith and trying not to doubt others.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
